Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 11.11.2015 and was released on bail on 28.01.2016, subject to certain conditions including executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties each for Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
He further submitted that the petitioner, being a lady, is unable to arrange sureties and hence, filed this petition for modification of the bail conditions imposed on her.
2. Heard the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking note of the serious offence committed by the petitioner filed u/s.302 IPC, this court is of the view that the conditions imposed on the petitioner is reasonable and hence, modification cannot be ordered. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
