Respondents R4 is suo motu impleaded as per order dated 06.09.2016 in W.P. No.16393 of 2014 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents interfering with the lawful enjoyment and peaceful possession and administration of the petitioner owned private temple property namely Sri Mariamman Koil, located in T.S. No.1761, Block No.28, Ward No.4 of Thiruvannamalai Town by the acts of laying foundation for construction or structures at the rear side area of the petitioner's temple without any due process. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the respondents have completed the construction. 2.It is the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 that the writ petition has now become infructuous since the building has been completed. 3.Recording the submission made by both the learned counsels, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently MP.NO.1 of 2014 is closed.

4.The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised. No costs.
