O R D E R

This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 27.06.2025, and on that date, it was brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.S.Ravindran, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents that the very same petitioner as earlier filed W.P.No.39654 of 2004 seeking very same identical relief as his sought in the present writ petition and the said writ petition was dismissed by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court, by an order dated 21.12.2020 and the copy of the said order is also placed before this Court.

This Court, having verified the relief sought in the present writ petition as well as W.P.No.39654 of 2004, is convinced that the petitioner has filed this writ petition for the identical relief, while the other writ petition is pending before this Court. However, the matter was adjourned to today at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Today, Mr.S.Sathya Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also fairly submitted that the relief sought in both the writ petitions is one and the same.

In the light of the above, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable, in the light of the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner vide W.P.No.39654 of 2004 and the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court in the said writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
