ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that in respect of the case registered as man missing in Crime No.107 of 2019, the petitioner's presence is necessary for concluding the enquiry expeditiously. 2.Though the petitioner's counsel represents that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police on many occasions, he is ready to appear before the respondent police for concluding the enquiry at the earliest.

3.In the light of the abovesaid factors, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 14.12.2020 and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously. With the abovesaid observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
