Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith credit the sum of Rs.3,56,546/- towards the revised pension arrears, as per the Revised Pension and Arrears statement issued by the third respondent in PPONO:73997 and continue to pay the revised pension regularly. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the the respondents to credit a sum of Rs.3,56,546/- towards revised pension arrears and continue to pay the revised pension regularly.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, arrears amounting to a sum of Rs.5,58,240/- upto August, 2015 had been settled in favour of the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
