W.M.P.No.18969 of 2023 in W.P.No.24888 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., Today, when Writ Petitions in W.P.No.24888 of 2022 and other batch of writ petitions were taken up for hearing, Ms.S.Suneetha, learned counsel for the petitioners viz., K.Devi, M.Velu, A.Bharathi, S.Ganeshwaran, T.R.Lakshmi & Mangayarkarasi, who are sought to be impleaded as party respondents to the writ petition in W.P.No.24888 of 2022, submitted that she had instruction to not press the miscellaneous petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
