Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ, order, or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.7804/E1/2018 dated 27.06.2019 and to quash the same in so far as inclusion of name of the petitioner as surplus teacher in the category of Secondary Grade Teacher is concerned and consequently directing the Respondents to consider the post of Secondary Grade Teacher taking classes 6 to 8 standards and BT Assistant as combined cadre for the purpose of arriving the surplus teacher based on students teacher ratio and to declare the surplus teacher in KGV Government Higher Secondary School, H.Pudupatti, Dharmapuri District.
