This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11142 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the IXth Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet daily at 10.30a.m., instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12032 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025 is relaxed.
