(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as "Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli" instead of "Learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi, in the order passed in Crl.O.P No.17191 of 2020 dated 03.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while filing the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P No.17191 of 2020, the satisfaction court has been wrongly mentioned as "Learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi instead of "Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli"and therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking for amendment.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the document.

4. Accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

6. Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 03.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17191 of 2020 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of amended copy of the order.
