ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to quash the letter of the third respondent dated 05.12.2013, whereby the petitioner's request for family pension was not considered.

petitioner's family. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed and therefore, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
