The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner respectively on 27.08.2014 and 03.09.2014.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had died and therefore, the relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
