Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.16080 of 2020 the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before Trichy Cantonment Police Station, everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16080 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before Trichy Cantonment Police Station, everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. The petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16080 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
