Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.4217/2012/C1 dated 23.01.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to refund the recovered amount of Rs.5,545/- and Rs.5,562/- for the month of February and March 2013 to the petitioner and direct the respondents to restore the petitioner's scale of pay as it was granted to the petitioner till December 2012.
