O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the petitioner reached the age of superannuation and retired from service.

2. In view of the facts that now, the petitioner is aged about 65 years, the claim set out in the writ petition deserves no further consideration. However, the terminal and pensionary benefits, if any due to the writ petitioner is directed to be settled as early as possible in accordance with the relevant rules without any undue delay.

3. With these directions, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 05.07.2022 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order.
