Respondents [R-3 impleaded as per the order of the Court dated 04.07.2016] PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.03.2016 and 30.05.2016 in a time bound manner.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.03.2016 and 30.05.2016. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that AICTE has already called for an enquiry on 06.12.2016. When they are prepared to appear through their representatives/advocates and submit their report, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also clearly submit that they will also participate and co-operate with the enquiry.

3.In such view of the matter, no further orders is necessary in this Writ Petition, as both parties will appear for the enquiry to be held on 06.12.2016 and it is for the authorities to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
