When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this petition, the patta was granted in favour of the petitioner and therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
