This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12796 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025 that the 4th and 5th petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. He further submits that the investigation in this case completed and final report also filed.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12796 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025 that the 4th and 5th petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders is relaxed in toto. 25.08.2025 Vv 2/4
