ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12065 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.711 of 2024 on 30.08.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12065 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.711 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every alternate English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
