This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the suspension order passed by the first respondent. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has retired from his service nothing survives for the consideration of this Court in this matter. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected W.M.P. stands closed. No costs.
