This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12590 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 in para No.7 (b) that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
