The learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is not continuing the business with the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited.
2. However, it is for the respondents to pursue, if any dues or otherwise is pending in respect of the business already carried on by the petitioner.
3. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
