This petition has been filed to extend the time to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 26.05.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.12214 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reason stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
