ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that (b) the petitioner shall stay at Erode and report before the Inspector of Police, Erode town Police Station everyday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.6787 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed.
