Respondent(s) Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order 31.01.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.5223 / A5 / 2017 and the order dated 06.11.2019 in Na. Ka.No. 2432 / E1 / 2019 and the order dated 29.01.2020 in Na. Ka. No.2432 / E1 / 2019 both passed by the 2nd respondent quash the same and consequently direct to the Respondents 1-4 to upgrade the post of the Secondary Grade Teacher which fill vacant in the 6th respondent School with effect from 01.06.2016 due to the Superannuation of the Teacher as Graduate Assistant Teaching in Science and to approve the proposal sent by the 5th and 6th respondents for approval of the petitioner as Graduate Assistant in Science in the 6th respondent school with effect from 04.08.2017 with grant-in-aid and all other consequential benefits within a specified time as may be fixed by this Court. 2/5

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 18.06.2026 to the Registry enclosing the letter received from the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement on the bundle to that effect.
