(Crime No.31 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition modified in Crl.M.P.No.4553 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6113 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Station every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further order in Crime No.31 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4553 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6113 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30A.M., until further.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4553 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6113 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
