ORDER
The petitioner has challenged this writ petition by directing the the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the letter sent by the 1st respondent in O.Mu.No.4533/2020/U3 dated 28.02.2020, as well as to direct the 4th respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the letter sent by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.2534/2021/Ka3 dated 11.02.2021.
2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents who have in turn and forwarded the same to the 4th and 5th respondents by their communication dated 28.02.2020 and 11.02.2021. However, these letters of the 1st and 2nd respondents have not evoked any response from the 4th and 5th respondents. 3.Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without notice to the respondent by directing the 4th and 5th respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in terms of letters of the 1st and 2nd respondents and are take steps in accordance with law. In case, any adverse proceedings is to be initiated against the 6th respondent, same may be initiated in terms of the applicable law and on merits. The 4th and 5th respondents shall dispose the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if any adverse action is proposed to be taken against the 6th respondent, it shall be after due notice to the 6th respondent. No costs.
