2. C.M.P.Nos.6288 and 6289 of 2015 have been filed under Order 41 Rule 19 of CPC to set aside the dismissal for non prosecution order dated 28.10.2015 passed by this Court in S.A.No.2124 and 2125 of 2003 and restore the same.

3. Mr.W.M.Abdul Ageeh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for the petition.

4. Since the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection, this petition is allowed.
