ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 6.30 pm until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1103/2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30935/2024 dated 28.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
