This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 23.02.2022 in Crl.MP.No.2214 of 2022 to report before the respondent Police on the first day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, weekly once i.e., on every Monday, till committal and thereafter, as directed by the Sessions Court.
