ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) When the petitioner's daughter, aged about 23 years, who was married to one R.Chandran went missing on 17.05.2025, he lodged a complaint on 17.05.2025, and a case was registered in Cr.No.301 of 2025 under the captions "woman missing", on the file of the second respondent. Since there was no progress in the investigation to trace the petitioner's daughter, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous since the second respondent police have secured the petitioner's daughter before us, who expressed her willingness to reconcile with her father and live under his care and protection.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
