This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court, dated 28.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6225 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6790 of 2023 that they shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every alternative months commencing from August at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
