This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8188 of 2023 on 19.04.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case is completed, charge sheet filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.803 of 2023 by the learned 18th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3. Therefore, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 18th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet on all hearing dates without fail.
