Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the resolution passed by the second respondent in Resolution No.6, dated 29.02.2012 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from locating any unauthorized fish stall at Junction of Cuddalore Main Road and Melapalayam Pattai in T.S.No.102, Ward B, Block 19, Vadakailasam Village, Panrutti Town and Taluk adjoining to Nethaji Nagar residential area.
