..Respondents in both W.Ps Prayer in W.P.No.20610 of 2026: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the show cause notice issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2435/2025/H2(Ki) dated 12.05.2026 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and decide the grievance of the petitioner.

Prayer in W.P.No.20610 of 2026: Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to adduce evidence during the course of enquiry by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2026.

When the matters were taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for Coimbatore Municipal Corporation submits that a revised enquiry notice is going to be issued and that the petitioner will have to appear before the Commissioner, Coimbatore Municipal Corporation on 01.06.2026. The petitioner through her counsel gives an undertaking that she will honour the said summon.

3. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
