This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above revision petition against the order in Crl.M.P.No.37353 of 2023 in C.C.No.5732 of 2023 dated 21.12.2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, for exclusive Trial of CCB and CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 39 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
