This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6930 of 2023 on 27.03.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case is completed, charge sheet is filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.45 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates without fail, until further orders.
