This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 184 days in filing the appeal against the conviction and sentence imposed on 29.08.2024 in Spl.S.C.No.68 of 2021 on the file of the learned Magalir Neethimandram, Thirupur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 184 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
