O R D E R

The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the registered sale deed dated 23.04.2014, bearing pending Document No.201400001 of 2014, registered in the office of the respondent.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.P. Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had already registered the sale deed dated 23.04.2014 as Document No.6599 of 2011 and the same has also been handed over to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Government Advocate may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
