O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed challenging the Detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent as against Pachaiyappan, S/o. Thathan aged about 55 years.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the detenu has been released and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
