ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking exemption from surrendering in pursuance of the judgment dated 25.10.2019 made in Crl.A.No.196 of 2018 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore confirming the judgment dated 25.04.2018 in C.C.No.414 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.I at Magistrate Level, Coimbatore and enlarge him on bail, pending disposal of the above revision.

2. This Court, by order dated 11.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8035 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1141 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, there is no necessity for exemption to surrender the petitioner before the Lower Court.
