This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6937 of 2023 on 28.03.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case is completed, charge sheet is filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.45 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates without fail, until further orders.
