This petition is filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 30.04.2021 made in W.P.No.11081 of 2021 as substituted by the order dated 28.06.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3.Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the leave, as prayed for, is granted.

4.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
