ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner "that he shall report before the respondent police, twice a week i.e. every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.4061 of 2025 by its order 18.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
