ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.04.2025 Crl.O.P.No.10791 of 2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazzar Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
