The petitioners were apprehend arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 1/4

(BNS), 2023, in connection with the case in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that, as on date, no FIR has been registered against the petitioners on the file of the respondent police.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 27.05.2026 cda 2/4
