This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18371 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29048 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
