This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 11.08.2014 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the entire project had been completed as of 25.08.2020 itself. Therefore, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the said project within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is not already completed. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
