ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Karunagaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, submits that survey was conducted four times on 17.02.2023, 21.03.2023, 5.4.2023 and 23.06.2023. Though survey was conducted on four different dates, no encroachment was found.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned State Government Pleader, it cannot be alleged that there is any contempt. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the survey, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in that regard. The contempt petition is disposed of.
