ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai District to consider the bail application sympathetically and pass orders on merits on the same days on the Petitioners surrender in connection with Cr.No.144/2023 pending before the Respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the accused person has already been arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. It is left open to the petitioner to move an appropriate bail application seeking for regular bail.
