Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the concerned records from the first respondent, quash the order of the first respondent dated 09.05.2014 bearing G.O.(D).No.165, Labour and Employment (C) Department and consequently direct the first respondent to refer the dispute raised by the petitioner Union dated 27.12.2012 regarding prohibiting engagement of fixed term employment employees by the second respondent for adjudication before the competent Industrial Adjudicator.
